(mensal, semanal, por dia ou hora), que lhe ser\u00e1 paga (mensal, quinzenal ou semanalmente).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a05\u00aa &#8211; O EMPREGADO\u00a0reembolsar\u00e1 a EMPRESA de todos os preju\u00edzos que vier a lhe causar por dolo, imprud\u00eancia, imper\u00edcia ou neglig\u00eancia no desempenho de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 6\u00aa\u00a0&#8211; A vig\u00eancia deste contrato\u00a0ser\u00e1 pelo prazo de &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; (fixar a data do t\u00e9rmino ou o n\u00famero\u00a0 de dias, semanas ou meses de dura\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato, ou, se se tratar de obra\u00a0certa, o final previsto para a obra em si ou citar e descrever a pr\u00f3pria obra a ser realizada) sendo que o \u00ednicio de sua vig\u00eancia \u00e9 a partir da data de assinatura.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 7\u00aa &#8211; As partes\u00a0asseguram, entre si, o direito rec\u00edproco de rescis\u00e3o, a qualquer momento, deste\u00a0contrato, aplicando-se \u00e0 parte que exercer tal direito os princ\u00edpios que\u00a0regem a rescis\u00e3o dos contratos por prazo indeterminado, consoante o artigo 481 da CLT.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 E, ap\u00f3s lido e achado conforme, firmam o presente, diante de duas testemunhas, em duas vias de igual\u00a0teor, uma das quais ser\u00e1 entregue ao EMPREGADO.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
