por cento), pagas ap\u00f3s o efetivo recebimento dos valores pelos vendedores, em \u00fanica parcela.<\/p>\n<p>5) A presente autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser prorrogada uma \u00fanica vez e nas mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es ora pactuadas, por igual per\u00edodo de trinta (30) dias, caso a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com o(s) prov\u00e1vel(eis) comprador(es) esteja j\u00e1 em andamento durante o per\u00edodo desta autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>6) Inocorrendo a venda do im\u00f3vel antes mencionado por qualquer motivo, dentro do per\u00edodo da presente autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o ou no caso da prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o acima referida, nenhum valor ser\u00e1 devido ao corretor, tais como: comiss\u00e3o, despesas de an\u00fancios, telefonemas, envios de fax, despesas de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o, ou quaisquer outras despesas n\u00e3o especificadas que eventualmente possam ter sido realizadas pelo mesmo para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o do neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, estando de pleno acordo com as presentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es, assinam a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para que surta seus jur\u00eddicos e legais efeitos, em tr\u00eas vias de igual teor e forma, na presen\u00e7a de duas testemunhas, elegendo desde j\u00e1 o Foro desta Capital para dirimir eventuais conflitos decorrentes desta autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>(LOCAL), &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;
