(&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;) para pagamento at\u00e9 o dia 3. de cada m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo Segundo: A impontualidade do LOCAT\u00c1RIO no pagamento dos alugueres, implicar\u00e1 na autom\u00e1tica multa de 1.% (dez por cento) sobre o valor do atraso, mais juros morat\u00f3rios de 1% (hum por cento) ao m\u00eas, corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria e honor\u00e1rios advocat\u00edcios de 2.% (vinte por cento) sobre o valor do d\u00e9bito atualizado.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo Terceiro: No valor mensal do aluguel est\u00e1 incluso o Imposto Predial (IPTU), obrigando-se o LOCAT\u00c1RIO a pagar as taxas de consumo do luz, \u00e1gua e esgoto e fazer prova desses pagamentos \u00e0 LOCADORA, seja periodicamente ou ao final da rela\u00e7\u00e3o locat\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>Par\u00e1grafo Quarto: A bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ ..,.. (cinq\u00fcenta reais) para pagamentos pontuais, prevista no caput desta cl\u00e1usula constitui mera liberalidade da LOCADORA e vigorar\u00e1 somente para o per\u00edodo ora prorrogado.<\/p>\n<p>CL\u00c1ULA TERCEIRA: Enquanto perdurar a loca\u00e7\u00e3o o aluguel ser\u00e1 reajustado anualmente com base na varia\u00e7\u00e3o do INPC (\u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor) do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica &#8211;
