(descri\u00e7\u00e3o completa da origem do im\u00f3vel e de sua documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de posse e propriedade).<br \/>2\u00ba &#8211; Os VENDEDORES obrigam-se e comprometem-se a vend\u00ea-lo aos COMPRADORES pelo pre\u00e7o certo e n\u00e3o reajust\u00e1vel de R$&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. (valor total do neg\u00f3cio, transcrito tamb\u00e9m por extenso), nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es deste compromisso de compra e venda.<br \/>3\u00ba &#8211; Neste ato os VENDEDORES recebem dos COMPRADORES, como sinal e princ\u00edpio de pagamento, a quantia de R$&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. (valor transcrito tamb\u00e9m por extenso) em moeda corrente (se o recebimento \u00e9 por cheque, discriminar: representada pelo cheque n.\u00ba &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. sacado contra o Banco &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.., Ag\u00eancia &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..), dando-lhes plena e geral quita\u00e7\u00e3o dessa import\u00e2ncia, para n\u00e3o mais exigi-la, obrigando-se a restituir-lhes em dobro, no caso de faltarem ao cumprimento deste compromisso e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es.<br \/>8\u00ba &#8211; Os COMPRADORES declaram aceitar, para todos os efeitos deste compromisso, a pagar o restante do pre\u00e7o &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; (valor do restante, transcrito tamb\u00e9m por extenso), da seguinte forma: &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.
