O prazo para a entrega da chave ser\u00e1 de uma (1) hora a partir da hora marcada. Caso n\u00e3o haja a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o no prazo estipulado o interessado pagar\u00e1 por dia 1\/3 do valor do aluguel mensal pretendido.<br \/>2. O interessado, antes de iniciar a mudan\u00e7a, dever\u00e1 procurar a administradora, devolvendo as chaves, para acertar as bases do aluguel, apresentar fiador id\u00f4neo a crit\u00e9rio da mesma, e assinar o contrato de loca\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00f3 assim poder\u00e1 iniciar a mudan\u00e7a.<br \/>3. No caso de inobserv\u00e2ncia do item anterior, o infrator sofrer\u00e1 as puni\u00e7\u00f5es legais.<br \/>8. O visitante dever\u00e1, ao sair, fechar todas as portas, janelas, vidros, etc., do pr\u00e9dio para a total seguran\u00e7a deste, pois, em caso contr\u00e1rio, se responsabilizar\u00e1 por qualquer dano causado ao mesmo.<br \/>5. Dever\u00e1 ainda deixar desligados os rel\u00f3gios de \u00e1gua e luz.<br \/>6. Quaisquer estragos feitos no pr\u00e9dio por ocasi\u00e3o de visita ser\u00e3o de inteira responsabilidade do visitante.<br \/>7.
